You are describing fragments of a complete blood count (CBC). The report usually starts with the total White Blood Cells WBC. What you wrote down are the two predominant WBC' types. Your total WBC on this test would have been about 5857. These numbers change so rapidly that this test done a month ago has no relevance now. For example, in less than 12 hrs. your lymphocytes went from 970 to 2,460.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
