Rituximab & chemo: I take it by "reactive lymphiod hyperplasia" you mean primary intestinal follicular lymphoma (fl) of the intestine; pls clarify. Primary fl of the duodenum (fl-d) is a rare entity. Talk to your doctor about Rituximab monotherapy and/or chemotherapy w/ or w/o radiation. All seem to have a good response. Radiation can have serious undesirable effects on small bowek.
