What is the treatment for reactive lymphoid hyperplasia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nothing usually: Because reactive lymphoid hyperplasia is a normal immune response typically to an infection. Enlarged tonsils are primarily lymphoid hyperplasia. When the infection subsides the hyperplasia gradually declines.
