Go see your doctor: See prescribing physician who prescribed librium. Find out why it was prescribed and what is expected duration. Did it take of an acute issue or is it intended for a chronic condition? If latter, then you shouldn't come off it. Bottom line, address your concerns w/your prescribing physician (and keep your family doc in loop if not same person).
