Hello, i take valium 5mg, 3x a day as prescribed. i am searching for possibly a new benzodiazipine, whats your opinion on an equal dosing of librium?

10x3: You would take 10mg of librium 3x per day. I would advise of course to check with your doctor first and make sure to understand that long term use of benzo's are generally not recommended except for very rare situations due to side effects.
