CLot: Depending on where and how critical the occlusion is, treatment could be anticoagulation, thrombolysis, all the way up to vascular surgery.

Thrombectomy: Either surgical or per cutaneous depending in timing and artery involved. Could benefit from thrombolysis mean medication to dissolve the clot.
