My boyfriend has been getting severe stomach pains and vomiting. but it's only early morning from 6-11am. no other symptoms and its happen twice now.

Gastritis : He may have gastritis that can cause inflammation of the stomach lining and cause pain and nausea. Do not take any pain medications such as Ibuprofen or aspirin. You should see a GI doctor who may prescribe acid reducing medicine or do an endoscopy to rule out a bacterial infection in the stomach.

Suspect acid reflux : Likely have acid reflux symptoms or ? Lactose intolerance, stay off of dairy products, and get some Prilosec otc, if not better , go see a physician. Will need more detailed h&p.
