Bloody emesis: May be gastritis w/ or w/out H pylori a bacteria or an ulcer. H pylori can be tested in a breath test at Quest labs but you need a script. Consider ranitidine/ prevecid for pain also consider HCG if active . Avoid aspirin/ motrin/ibuprofen/ aleve/alcohol will irritate stomach and cause bleeding. Consider food intolerance/gallbladder. f/u w/ doc/urgent care ASAP, it is important
