Pitutary problem?: It is hard to figure out from your question. If someone has a pituitary tumor, it could be secreting excess hormone, or it could be damaging the pituitary. Is the pitutary tumor the reason he needs thyroid and testosterone? Does he also need hydrocortisone? It would be important that he have a hormonal work up by an endocrinologist, if not done already.

Could be adrenals: Adrenal hormone deficiency can also cause these symptoms.
