Not a fish allergy: Could be related to how fish is prepared, other factors, other foods, beverages/alcohol. If you were allergic to fish tuna would cause the symptoms if you were allergic to shellfish (a different set of animals), it would cause symptoms. Diet diary annotated with symptoms. See your doc.
