?? Not enough info??: I'd joke and say the bones are not out, but really I do not have enough information to help. How the fish was prepared (fried, baked) might be important. What type of fish may be a factor. Are there other symptoms, etc. If your pain is severe, please seek a doctor to examine and help you.
