after i eat fish i get nauseous! could this still be a fish allergy or just something else?

Not allergy: How do you prepare the fish? If fried, the fat content may be giving you 'indigestion' or worse. Try varying the preparation method and see how you go. The nausea may be reflux, biliary 'colic' or something else.
