Less side effects: Equivalently effective. Bystolic (nebivolol), (nebivolol) because it typically does not lower cardiac output like other beta blockers, may cause less side effects, such as fatigue or erectile dysfunction. Bystolic (nebivolol) is only fda approved to treat hypertension, although it is commonly used to treat other conditions off label.

Most beta specific: Bystolic (nebivolol) is the beta blocker with the most b-1 receptor specificity. As a result it doesnt have as much side effects. Less fatigue and less impotence.
