ID vs GI: I assume you're looking for type of physician rather than actual name of a physician since you didn't mention your location. In that case, infectious disease (id) specialists can prescribe medications to kill tapeworms. I suppose you could consult a gastroenterologist (GI) but i'm not clear that they would "physically" remove tape worms. More likely prescribe medications too.

Praziquantel: Tapeworms are not removed physically. They are removed chemically. Praziquantel or niclosamide are available agents.
