Avoid blowing nose: This is common. Blowing nose can drop your heart rate and your blood pressure and cuase you to get dizzy. If you must, then sit down and drink a lot of fluids.

Don't blow your nose: Then.(just kidding!) we have a vagus nerve in each side of our neck that whenever we cough , sneeze or blow our nose, that nerve is stimulated causing our blood pressure to drop and decrease the blood flow to our brains thus making us dizzy. Read online about vaso- vagal reaction. I suggest not to blow your nose so hard!
