Hay fevers symptoms: What you describe seems to be consistent with acute rhinitis. If your nose and eye itch and you also sneeze, it might be due to allergic rhinitis. And your symptoms do not seem to be mild any more since you have light headedness and dizziness. You should see a doctor to be evaluated for the causes and get better treatment plans.
