I hit the right side of my head hard on a wall 3 days ago, got a lump after a few hours on the temple, with neck, head, even cheekbone pain. I haven't had any concussion symptoms like nausea/dizziness. Is this normal or should I get checked out?
Hit head in temple area hard 5 nights ago jolting my neck. Pretty sure concussion...I've had several. Headache, dizzy, nausea, dazed, slower thought process and have to move slow...etc. No improvement. Should I get a CT?
Every night when I lay down, I get light headed and dizzy. Always at night I feel nauseous. Then start puking and then my nose starts bleeding. ?
