Viral syndrome: Sounds like you have a viral syndrome causing upper respiratory infection (sore throat), and causing conjunctivitis (red and painful eyes).

Otitis-Conjunctiviti: Ototis-conjunctiviits syndrome is relatively common and are generally self limited viral infections. However, there are other treatable bacterial causes which can only be diagnosed by a physician. In some cases a culture either of the conjunctiva or throat is appropriate. Either a primary care physician or ophthalmologist would be equipped to evaluate.
