Probably: People with poor self regulation often have a hard time falling asleep. Keeping the same wake up time every morning and doing the same 30min process every night(8-9 hrs before wakeup time) to relax yourself and give your body a clear msg it is time to relax may help . Also consider 250-400mg magnesium(gluconate is a good form) at bed time. If not helpful try adding melatonin.

Probably: many individuals with ADD have difficulty with sleep initiation. their brains are generally underaroused and they tend to fall into an over tired state. Taking stimulant medication may improve your sleep. If not, try melatonin.
