Cause of sleep probl: If the sleep problem started since taking medication, seek an alternative from your prescriber. If it is long standing, try melatonin, avoid caffeine from early evening, wind down your activities early, discontinue TV and computer activities at least 1 hour before bed because the illumination from the screens can lower you brain melatonin level.
