None: There is no age restriction for any type of surgery including cosmetic surgery in the us. However, medical conditions may make some procedures unwise or more risky. It is always a good idea to way the risks vs. Benefits, possible complications, and alternatives before any procedure.

None: Under 18 you need parental consent. You need to be at least 18 years old to get saline breast implants for cosmetic purposes. You need to be at least 22 years old to get silicone breast implants for cosmetic purposes. Both saline and silicone implants can be used under 18 for reconstructive surgery.
