No: Although there is no specific recommendations against what you eat, i would consider trying a low glycemic diet. Unfortunatlely there are a number of people who do not resolve there symptoms even with there gallbladder removoved.

After GB surgery: After gallbladder surgery, there should be no dietary restrictions. It is usually recommended however to avoid particularly fatty or greasy foods for awile, as these may cause some temporary cramps and diarrhea. Symptoms of an unsuccessful surgery might include severe pain after eating, yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine or light stools, and fevers/chills.
