Dr. Raid Saco answered

See a cardiologist: Mitral valve prolapse has been reported to be associated with chest pain; however, chest pain should not be attributed to mitral valve prolapse until all other causes of chest pain have been excluded including cardiac, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, or muskuloskeletal pains. Please see a cardiologist for evaluation.
