What supplement is best for grinding/cracky joints?

None helpful: If you have no pain then no supplement is needed nor will it be helpful. I would save your money at age 32.

Depends on the cause: There are many advertised supplements for joints- chondroitin and glucosamine sulfate. Such products would not help the jaw joints. The supplements may help one person and maybe not another. Try and get to the cause of the problem and then determine the best choices for you...Therapy, supplements, etc.
