What is a joint supplement that actually works to strengthen joints and even repair joints faster?

Probably not.: Glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, and sam-e, among others, have been studied for this effect, with inconclusive and/or conflicting results.

Prolotherapy and PRP: Regenerative injection treatments include prolotherapy, platelet based procedures (more common is platelet rich plasma--prp) and adult stem cells. These injection procedures are used to stimulate the body's natural healing of damaged tissues and encourage repair. In this video, i explain what is prolotherapy. http://otwithmd.com/what-is-prolotherapy/.
