Fish oil: I recommend high quality fish oil to most of my patients. I find it a very good supplement for people with achy joints and i take it myself. Having said that, i would always recommend that you check with your doctor before taking supplements. Many supplements including fish oil can interact with other medications, particularly blood thinners.
