What? WHAT?!: You have to judge--are symptoms improving, staying the same, or worsening--and how many days on antibiotics? If less than 3 days, may take a bit longer to notice change. If longer, call dr as might need change. If not using decongestant (afrin nasal spray if have high-bp) to help open up eustachian tubes & allow drainage, try that. If hearing decreases, see dr for fluid buildup behind ear drum.
