None: None of the "herbal" supplements have been studied scientifically, although there are occ. Small reports of some mild improvement. The problem is you don't know what's in the supplement no matter what it says on the label, you don't know how much to take, and you don't know if there's going to be an adverse reaction or an interaction with other medication. Don't get your medical info from internet.
