Might help: If you have vitamin D deficiency,it's likely you have other vitamin deficiencies as well,especially B vitamins,mag,iron.Take your recommended vitamin D dose but make sure it is D3 (not D2).Also,take a B-complex,magnesium,get plenty of iron rich foods in your diet or take a mild iron supplement.Have your levels checked again in 2-3 months to be sure you are taking enough. Then see if symptoms ok.
