I have this half of dime sized "black mark" on my leg. i think it was caused by a mosquito bite. its been a year already .what can i do?

See doctor: A black mark may represent an abnormal growth which requires a biopsy. A mosquito bite can leave a scar like lesion called a dematofibroma but they are not black. Do not delay seeing a doctor because it is best to deal with possible abnormal pigmented lesions early.
