I was bitten by a mosquito on the leg a year ago. i kept scratching it and didnt let it heal. it healed eventually but is swollen and sensitive. recently, it is scratched open again and colourless fluid is flowing out.

Follicle: I do not think you'd have a direct problem from mosquito related to an injury from a year ago. However from your scratching you might have irritated your follicle and developed a cystic structure. When you scratch that recently the cyst emptied.
