Usually forms an : Ulcerated tumor at cervix, then spreads to the soft tissues around the uterus called parametria. It can also spread to the vaginal walls , bladder , rectum, and pelvic lymph nodes. That's the usual regional disease spread. Distant places can be liver, lungs, spleen, lymph nodes in chest.
