Celexa (citalopram) Anxiety: Some meds when started can be a little activating and some people may feel a little worse before getting better.Other reasons can be the apprehension of taking a med can cause that would recommend to discuss with your doc to adjust dose of med preferable to start the low dose and gradually adjust but discussing with your doc will be imp before making any chaneg some times need to switch med.
