There are three black dots in my ear surrounded by slight white puffiness, and theyve been there for a couple of months, what's the deal?

Cant tell: It needs to be examined. The dots could be three spots of blood and surrounding white puffiness ma represent a growth such as a basal cell carcinoma. From the knifed DES ription it is best to see drmstolgist for exam and possible biopsy. Do not lesion if abnormal grow larger it will require potentially a larger procedure.

Probably blackheads: Most likely deep pores in the ear skin which form debris that turns black. Nothing to worry about. If you don't like them they can be removed by soaking the skin and squeezing.
