See below: TMP problems can do this. So can sinus infections or blockages of the right frontal or maxillary sinuses. For the sinuses, am OTC drug like Zyrtec (cetirizine) may help For TMP problems, NSAIDs like ibuprofen are the first step. If no improvement occurs, you will need to see your dentist.

Could be serious.: Your problem doesn't sound too serious but maybe one out of several hundred people with these symptoms could have serious brain problems. The combination of these three symptoms is what worries me.You should be seen today by a medical professional and if they have concerns they will likely get you a CT scan or an MRI of your brain.
