What does "t12-l1 l1-l4 no focal disk herniation, significant central canal or neural foraminal narrowing" indicate?

Normal: Translation: thoracic 12th vertebra to lumbar 1 (first lumbar) vertebra, lumbar 1 to lumbar 4 (there are 5 lumbar vertebrae) there is nothing protruding from the disc and pressing on the nerves, no bone spurs, outside the spinal canal where nerves exit, no pressure. All good.
