It means you have herniated disc T7-T8 which causes a deformity of the left ventral cord but there is no neural foraminal narrowing. Please remember the findings by MRI may not correlate with your symptoms.

You have an disc herniation in your middle back which is compressing the spinal cord, which may cause symptoms in your left or both legs. If symptoms are significant, i.e. progressive leg weakness and/or urinary symptoms, decompressive surgery might be a solution. Have a neurosurgical consultation ASAP.
