Elimination diet?: Was your food journal done while eating your usual foods, or while also doing an elimination diet? This is a temporary food plan eliminating foods that commonly cause symptoms (dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, etc) and then adding each back 1 meal a day for several days, to see results. Your doctor should be able to help w/this -- it might give more info. With this, a good probiotic could help also.
