Blood in vomit?: I don't know about the orange or green, but the dark red stuff could be blood. Please see your family physician asap about this. There could be anything from gastritis to bleeding ulcer going on. Depending on your doctor's exam, labs, and findings, you may also need to see a gastroentrologist for further workup.
