I have been having dark orange stool with dark red flakey stool it doesn't happen everyday but the days i have the problem i get alot of pain ?

See your doctor: You should see your doctor to get tested and see if it is blood and get check for other possible problems.

Intestinal bleeding: can be a real emergency and unless you are eating a lot of beets is the only thing I know of that could cause red stool. Never heard of orange stool, but if your stool were light light brown and had some blood I suppose it could look orange. If you drink alcohol, stop drinking immediately. Go to the ED when you get this again.
