Intestinal bleeding: can be a real emergency and unless you are eating a lot of beets is the only thing I know of that could cause red stool. Never heard of orange stool, but if your stool were light light brown and had some blood I suppose it could look orange. If you drink alcohol, stop drinking immediately. Go to the ED when you get this again.
