Consider: It may be a urinary tract infection (which could cause pain the lower pelvis that could feel like ovarian pain) or a kidney stone. Ovarian processes (cysts, etc) shouldn't cause your urine to turn dark red or orange, that sounds like there is blood in your urine. You should be seen and have your urine tested.
