Blood in vomit?: I don't know about the orange or green (bile?), but the dark red stuff could be blood. Please see your family physician asap about this. There could be anything from gastritis to bleeding ulcer going on. Depending on your doctor's exam, labs, and findings, you may also need to see a gastroentrologist for further workup.

Vomiting: Do you have that all the time and for how long? U need to see ur doc asap if you have red vomitus and u HAV enot eaten any red foods or had any red drinks. Green, yellow may be form bilious vomiting which again needs ot be checked out by ur doc. Dont wait.
