Likely not: Bleeding could be from stomach or intestinal irritation, ulcer , polyps or hemorrhoids etc the er dr is checking for pancreatitis . Gi cancer is uncommon in young folks unless u have a strong family history of it. Hope u feel better!

Not likely: Sounds like your doctors are concerned about inflammation in your stomach or pancreas. Bleeding from the rectum can be caused from many conditions (from the mouth to the anus).
