Uterine CA: Uterine Ca can be very slow growing and generally will occur in women after menopause. That's why if you have postmenopausal bleeding you see your doc asap.There really isn't any screening test and the pap test doesn't cover uterine CA. Know your body and if you notice a change in your pattern or discharge see your MD and remind h/her of your family history.
