Musculoskeletal pain: Sharp pain that is reproducible and continous is usually muscluoskeletal especially in a young with no family history or risk factor. See a physician to evaluate for other causes. Hopeful no drug use like Cocaine is involved. Gi causes can also present with chest pain.
