You need to see a ne: A neurologist should evaluate you for the cause of your headaches. More than likely you have migraine which causes severe unilateral( one half of the head) headaches. There are good mnedicines which can treat this headaches before it becomes severe. A nurologist could give you a triptan medicine. For now try to find a combo of 2 or 3 medicines, one of them being caffeine(plus aspririn +tylenol).

Chronic daily HA's: Little question, your headaches are out of control and would suggest starting with a preventative agent to breakup pattern asap. Do not hesitate, schedule appointment. Could use prescription med such as depakote, topiraimate, but maybe otc like riboflavin, butterbur, feverfew, coq10.
