Migranes?: Vomiting can occur when you have migraine headaches. I recommend seeing your primary care doctor to get a diagnosis.

I too would say this is due to migraine, and apparently, this is becoming a consistent pattern which needs to be addressed. A preventative medication would control this, and neurologists can provide interventions which will result in cessation of your episodes.
