My dad got his kidney transplanted last year. from past 2-3 months he is suffering sodium deficiency. his sodium levels keep fluctuating. what to do?

Discuss with his: Nephrologist. The transplanted kidney is still adjusting to the new environment . Apparently it's excreting sodium and not retaining it or it could be dilutional from water retention related to kidney failure . God bless you and your family!

See below: It's normal to have some fluctuations to any electrolyte, within reason. If it's drastic, then it's best to notify the doctor caring for him and the new kidney.
