Easy: Just eat plenty of healthy fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans and legumes. Meat portion is 3 ounces a serving, fish is six ounces, make half your plate fresh vegetables, have a fruit as a snack. Have 5-7 helpings of fruits and vegetables a day. Eat a balanced diet. Skim milk- you don't need the fat.
