Can be repaired: You need to have your ankle re-evaluated and talk with your doctor about your options. You can have surgery if necessary following x-rays and mri.

Not too late: It's more difficult because healing has started but not a big deal. An experienced surgeon will know what to do.

Timing okay: While 2 weeks out is not ideal, it is still early enough. It takes bone 4-6 weeks to heal, so you still have time to fix it. At 3 weeks it becomes more difficult because your soft tissue is healing.
